The telephone consultation session will replace the planned visit of the National Ombudsman and the Children’s Ombudsman to Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba. The visit, which was supposed to take place this spring, has been cancelled as a result of the global impact of the coronavirus.

Have you encountered a problem in your dealings with a government agency, child care, school or a provider of child medical care? The National Ombudsman and the Ombudsman for Children will be happy to see what they can do for you during the consultation session. You can ask your questions in Dutch, Papiamentu or Spanish. To make an appointment, just send an email to spreekuurCN@nationaleombudsman.nl with your name, telephone number, and whether your question is addressed to the National Ombudsman or the Ombudsman for Children. The team will contact you by phone on Monday, 6 April, between 9.00 a.m. and 11.00 a.m.
